Its a shame many people who I thought had some sense, can't see they're scathing attacks on one person (for hardly a reason) have brought the wrath on others. I can sympathise with Bossbhai, where he has to stoop down to the level of others, to make you see how pathetic your comments are. Tendulkar, like any other professional sportsperson, is not doing any charity. He became a billionaire coz of the sport he plays and coz of the same fans who are stating he was selfish in that innings. You are making it sound as if Tendulkar is some sort of a saint like Mother Teresa who dedicated his entire life to the poor or something for nothing in return. Before Sachin became a leading cricketer he used to belong to a middle class family and used to travel via local train to matches/practice, just like Sehwag or most of the other cricketers used to do. He became rich and famous due to cricket and pls don't term it as "life dedicated to the team". It's as if I, or anyone else out here says that "I dedicated my life for my organization". We are doing a job to earn a paycheck and it's no different for Tendulkar. The only difference is that his profession is cricket and ours is more mundane. If it hadn't been about money he wouldn't be playing IPL and then sitting out of the WI series.
