Honestly, while defending, I think we are at the mercy of the team chasing. SL should have won, but gifted the match. BD should have lost, but suddenly we forgot to bowl in death overs.

What's more this sort of pathetic attitude finds accolades among Indian fans - Prabhakar and Mongia were dropped for batting deliberately slow, while Tendulkar is being praised to the heavens for the mahashatak. What would have Tendulkar said to the bowlers - you'll have to defend fewer runs today because I desperately wanted the mahashatak!

Yes,Tendulkar denied the likes of Jadeja and Pathan to go beserk on the bangladesh bowlers and take the score to 400.
