He put his own objective over the teams objective and became one of the major factors due to which India lost the game and hence didn't qualify for the final.

He waited for a year to celebrate the 100th 100 and proclaim his boss to be the greatest ever. In stead a new boss sprang up and the 100th 100 turned in to something that's better not discussed ....
