I guess they could either play in Ranji or Pakistani domestic cricket. With Pakistan short of good batsmen they could easily qualify as Pakistanis as Muhajirs and play for the Pakistan main team. If Joyce, Morgan can play for England why not them. Though they would also qualify to play for India but they aren't good enough to be even in the India A team but they could play as Indians in the IPL.

Tamim and Nasir don't have Pakistani equivalent because Pakistan did not even exist at that time. Just because they are originally from some place doesn't mean ****. The Saffers who play for England have an English parent or something. Those Saffers who immigrated way back can't play for England (unless they take the long route like Azhar Mahmood).
