Crookbond Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 Seems like CI have started posting photos clicked form the ground in their website. Here is the reason BCCI clarifies photo accreditation terms http://www.wisdenindia.com/cricket-news/bcci-clarifies-photo-accreditation-terms/36392 In a statement, issued by Sanjay Jagdale, the BCCI Secretary, the BCCI said it ÅÑrocesses the numerous media accreditation applications it receives after undertaking an evaluation of applicants and their respective organizations? The statement also says that ÅÕhrough the BCCI media accreditation process, reporters and photographers nominated by bona fide domestic and international news publications and news agencies, including AFP, AP and Reuters, were duly accredited. These accredited persons were presented the opportunity by the BCCI to supply an unlimited number of match images for editorial use by their respective publications and agency clients worldwide. The statement doesnÃÕ explicitly mention Getty Images, who were the biggest photography agency not given accreditation, but it explains what the criteria for being granted accreditation were, as per the BCCI. In the reasons listed out for those who were refused accreditation, the BCCI says, Ūn the BCCIÃÔ good faith opinion after due evaluation, their primary businesses involved the commercial sale and licensing of images rather than the supply of images to news publications for bona fide editorial purposes. These applications were duly rejected and the BCCIÃÔ decision was communicated to the applicants.
Trundler27 Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 Superb partnership between ash and che-p .....300 is pshychologically further weaken the poms if we can hang on to get that
ganeshran Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 Track is good if it doesnt disintegrate by the 5th day. If it takes same or slightly more spin for the rest of the test match, its ok.

So they won't allow the photographers but distribute it to the editorials? Sounds fair enough.
SLICKR392 Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 India-351 England- 29 & 223 Harbhajjan 9 for ?
Ultimate_Game Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 This is the perfect pitch and hope we see similar tracks against Aussies as well coz Aussie batting lineup will score tons of runs on Ahmedabad sort of wkts. And if the criteria is to prepare a wkt whre Tendulkar can score a 100, even Harbhajan would be scoring 100s on those ones and the closest track to such a track would be the ones we saw in Pakistan or in SL where SL scored something like 900 with not even one innings per side completed in 5 days.

Trichromatic Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 No, 7-13 & 3-89. Last time Bhajji took 7 wickets in an inning in India way back in 2005.

jairamesh Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Monty doing all walloping. And Indian batsmen looking out of their depth.
indiaregulator Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 People laughed at me when I said Swann will do well. Swann can never run through a team who are so comfortable against spin such as India, they said. Swann got canned in England and in foreign conditions he will do worse, they said. Swann is overated and doesn't have variations, they said. Ashwin and Ojha better than Swann, they said. Well you were right. Swann didn't run through the India batting lineup. Monty Panesar did instead! :hysterical::hysterical:

Currently England and Pakistan have the best spinners by a mile.
