Honestly they do look strong and have all bases covered explosive batsman,genuine fast bowlers who can take wickets but most importantly a superb spinner in naraine ,if they happens to post anything decent on board they will be too hot to handle .

R Ashwin has been able to achieve it with success. The off-spinner spoke to TOI hours before leaving for Colombo. Excerpts from the chat: What are India's chances in the World T20? We are the underdogs. But we have a very good team. You can't really take India for granted. If we start well, get the early momentum and don't think too much about the end result, we are surely going to do very well in the tournament. How difficult is it to change your way of bowling in different formats? It's not easy. In Tests, you have to bowl in a particular style, but that approach may not work in the shorter versions. Till last week, I was in Test mode. Now I have to be in T20 mode, where you need variations to survive. I have a few variations up my sleeves like the carrom ball, halting and delivering and the doosra. In the end, it's all about the mindset and how quickly you get into the groove. You love challenges? From the time I started bowling spin, I haven't been lucky with wickets. Often, catches were dropped off my bowling and I ended up getting two to three wickets. But my job is to put my best foot forward whether I am bowling in the powerplay or slog overs. There are days when you will be smashed all around the ground, but there will be days when you will have the last laugh. But as a bowler, you should be prepared for everything. You are very confident. You have to be confident about your own abilities when you are playing at the highest level. But you need backing from every quarter to reach a particular level. Your family, friends and teammates and when you are playing, you need the backing of your captain. With Bhajji in the dressing room, any pressure? No. It's good to have a senior like him in the dressing room. How was it bowling in tandem with Pragyan Ojha? We have a healthy competition going on. We complement each other well and that is what the team needs.
