G_B_ Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 for the t20s i think better to open with viiru a quick fire 20 odd runs means india can consolidate and it will lessen the pressure on the rest. Though in the Tests and ODIs certainly worth a shout
G_B_ Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 @vibhash its being played in the sub continent. Even in ODIs i dont think we will fare well if its been played in England. India seem to do well in the sub.
jf1gp_1 Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 Irfan- he will bat at 7 and bowl upfront , if he has a good day we will have a good day
Executioner Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 Ravindra jadeja! :D Because he is not in the squad
Desi Cartman Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 What about Lanka vs India ? Any channel showing that ?
daryl1985 Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 Irfan- he will bat at 7 and bowl upfront ' date=' if he has a good day we will have a good day[/quote'] Would not be surprised if he bats at 8. This could be the team: Sehwag GG Kohli Yuvraj Raina Rohit MSD Irfan Ashwin Balaji Zak
vvvslaxman Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 Hope fans support him even if he has an average tournament. Unless we see some attitude issues and huge performance issues we have to continue supporting this guy.
BERGKAMP Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 he is the main reason we have no chance of winning. he is a bigger choker than the whole of south africa. i would love to have this post thrown back in my face with him playing a crucial part in us winning the cup, but know 100% it can never happen.

Sean Bradley Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 Why aren't Warm up's recorded in the books? Cant warm up fixures be recorded in the books? ICC is doing everything to commercialise the warm up fixtures here, TV Rights, Sponsors, Tickets, Media, everything is available before hand, then why not record these games in the books as world cup-warmup singles. This gives players a motivation, on the contrary, players can thrive with the element of competition in the game with better preps for the Race Day !
vvvslaxman Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 Coz they are allowed to play upto 12 or 13 players i guess.
vvvslaxman Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 IIRC Viru missed two world T20s in a row right?
Sean Bradley Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 Mods* Please delete the "be" from the thread, typo error !
BERGKAMP Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 he was somewhere near his peak then, 5 YEARS AGO, today he has dropped many levels below.
vvvslaxman Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 he was somewhere near his peak then' date=' 5 YEARS AGO, today he has dropped many levels below. That is the best we have.. now suck it up. He did well in the last 2 series
BERGKAMP Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 i already have, it's the blind fan boys who will be in for a nasty shock when the big games start :winky:
Tridibans_16 Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 So here is one weird thing. The ICC websit shows up these war-up matches for rankings predictions. why? http://www.icc-cricket.com/match_zone/t20_predictor.php
