Punjab- still seriously short of local talent,lost yuvraj,unlikely to make semis dc- again short of local talent, unlikely to make semis delhi- went on to become a weak team as its locals are playing for others! The addition of the two extra teams broke some balance. kochi is not anymore.still one team too many. the initial three seasons had more cliff hangers as there was some level playing field.

The only way IMO is to increase the foreign players from 4 to 5.....giving each team a better player then domestic player that the teams are forced to select in XI despite being a useless player & most probably will be dropped & put in the line for next turn.
