Sehwag1830 Posted April 23, 2012 Posted April 23, 2012 Miachel Clarke :329 Pietersen :227 Ian Bell; 235 Cook ;294 Warner ;180 All this in period of 8 test match. Day will not be far when every batsman will have their highest score against India.
saneindian Posted April 23, 2012 Posted April 23, 2012 In the 2003-04 series in Australia, Sehwag (195), Dravid (233), Sachin (241*), Parthiv Patel (64) got their best test scores till then vs the Aussies. Agarkar got his best bowling figures in tests in that series. Then in the subsequent series with Pak, Sehwag (309), Dravid (270), Yuvraj (112) bettered their previous test bests too. Make conclusions of your own now.
Serani Posted April 23, 2012 Posted April 23, 2012 Any team that allows ricky ponting to score runs these days must be pretty piss poor.
rkt.india Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Any team that allows ricky ponting to score runs these days must be pretty piss poor. This.

Make conclusions of your own now. You are right, but that doesnt change the fact that our bowling quality has varied from mediocre to pisspoor. It was the batting which was covering up the deficiencies in the bowling department and when that started to fail as well, the whole team collapsed.
Number Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Any team that struggles to cross 100 against Rehman and Herath must be pretty piss poor.
Cricket Tragic Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 KP's 227 was not against India but in the Ashes. Amla, McCullum and Ryder made their highest score vs India as well. If it's not only recent years... 1) Gooch 2) Miandad 3) Uncle Jaya and Mahanama 4) C Lloyd 5) Botham 6) Vaughan 7) Andy Flower 8) Boycott
cameron_black Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 goes on to show that india never had a decent bowling lineup. not a sudden decline.
cameron_black Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Any team that struggles to cross 100 against Rehman and Herath must be pretty piss poor. which team scored less than 100 v herath?
