deathmonger Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 logic fail, even winning these dead rubbers wouldn't give such stark difference in win-loss ratio. pakistan is over double of india's w/l ratio :hysterical:, after over 200 matches! can you list the summary of away series won/lost to prove your point no one has won a series in aus/sa. ind and pak have won one each in each other's territories. ind have won 3 in indies. pak 0. ind and pak have won 3 each in england. ind have won 2 in nz. pak 3. ind have won 1 in sl. pak 3. so ind has won in 5 countries. pak 4. add to that pak even lost home series to zimbabwe, sri lanka. where is the superior record. while we failed to win away matches at all in 90s usually ending series something-0, pak managed to win a few while still losing or drawing the series.
deathmonger Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 shhhhhhh, plz dont tell him that his beloved india is worse than zimbabwe ,his world will collapse , good to see their are still realists like lurker . but 0-37:hysterical: pakistan is then worse than zimbabwe as pakistan have lost a home series to zimbabwe. :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: even bangladesh hasn't lost this. bangladesh has won away series in indies. pak hasn't. :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
rkt.india Posted April 27, 2012 Author Posted April 27, 2012 Would you take one bowler who was excellent throughout a career like Waqar but could not win you away series or would you take multiple bowlers who were excellent in an away series and win it for you but be mediocre for the rest of their careers(like our scenario)? I would take the latter. In the end it's team records that matter. Waqara mediocre record is better than many indian bowlers.
deathmonger Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 Waqara mediocre record is better than many indian bowlers. still wasn't a series winner. our trundler brigade over the decade has won many series rising up to the ocassion.
deathmonger Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 no one has won a series in aus/sa. ind and pak have won one each in each other's territories. ind have won 3 in indies. pak 0. ind and pak have won 3 each in england. ind have won 2 in nz. pak 3. ind have won 1 in sl. pak 3. so ind has won in 5 countries. pak 4. add to that pak even lost home series to zimbabwe, sri lanka. where is the superior record. while we failed to win away matches at all in 90s usually ending series something-0, pak managed to win a few while still losing or drawing the series. wow no reply to this.

deathmonger Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 you sure? top 4 i mean. not nz and the like. india, england, aus,sa and the likes i mean.
deathmonger Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 how about you stop plucking numbers to suit ur needs and agenda and put overall picture in table format. including drawn series (which are just as valuable in away series as visiting team takes the trophy and declared series winner) this will indicate why pakistan away win/loss is so much superior to india's pathetic tier two level 0.37:hehe. wo wo now you are considering drawn series. :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: no one gives a damn who take the trophy. it's abut away series wins. so u mean excellence is winning at home and drawing away to keep the trophy?
the don Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 top 4 i mean. not nz and the like. india' date='england, aus,sa and the likes i mean.[/quote'] the same nz that whitewashed you in 2002 :hysterical: and india a top team :hysterical: 0.37 :haha:, thats worse than afghanistan
yoda Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 how about you stop plucking numbers to suit ur needs and agenda and put overall picture in table format. including drawn series (which are just as valuable in away series as visiting team takes the trophy and declared series winner) this will indicate why pakistan away win/loss is so much superior to india's pathetic tier two level 0.37:hehe:. So series wins are meaningless? :hatsoff: Also, when did they start giving visiting teams the trophy when you draw a series? Did you learn that logic from Lahore Institute for Higher Learning? Typically a team currently holding the trophy (like Ashes, BG, etc) keeps the trophy in case of a draw.
deathmonger Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 the same nz that whitewashed you in 2002 :hysterical: and india a top team :hysterical: 0.37 :haha:, thats worse than afghanistan what does that mean? we have won in new zealand. u guys haven't even won in indies where bangbros have won. shameful. :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
Clarke Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012  Instead of tearing apart the 'analysis' some here would rather mock a great bowler for no reason or sing the same old 'we are better' song. Lurker said it plain and simple, pathetic number crunching, pathetic attacks on Waqar and great bowler.

Typically a team currently holding the trophy (like Ashes, BG, etc) keeps the trophy in case of a draw. even that has not happened in their case in recent times. drew in india 1-1 india kept, drew against oz in eng 1-1 oz kept after four consecutive whitewashes, drew in england 1-1 (long time back 2001 or so) eng kept (due to winning in pak. :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:).

Malcolm Merlyn Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 People arguing with these LahoriLogic madrasa pass ones.THere are tons of more Pakistanis who have much better sense than these imbeciles. And its fun debating with them. For these people here IK GReatest Cricketer Inzy:Greatest match winner fast bowling batsman:hysterical: Ajmal:Best offspinner...bet off runouter..... These Madrasa brainwashed propaganda fed people like the ones here only bring bad name to theri fellow countrymen.
