the way west indians jump in the air nowadays, particularly bravo and co, before giving high tens (if you can call it) while celebrating wickets. also the chicken dance of some irish fast bowler, retired now i think.

When is BCCI releasing you from the Lab???
I was primarily a bowler who could bat at 5. I used to regularly clock 125 kmph at 15 years of age. Look at the Kumars, I wish I could continue.

Spinning the bat like a boss  don't remember who I was imitating though. Probably an English bat. My cousin used to take his guard by pounding a bail into the crease ala chanders.

Pollock's cross legged action, I used to run up at a slight diagonal and then in my delivery stride my front foot would stretch right across the line of my back foot and sometimes right in front of the stumps as I delivered - I used to get excellent line with that action.... Also loved to imitate Anil Kumble's dancy action as well as Rajesh Chauhan's action - the latter was a hit among my friends Still love to bowl leg spin and off spin from the crease with minimal run up - like Sachin

Kohli's spinning of his bat and of-course the sweet words he uses when he gets to a milestone! :D
this will get very famous in future :winky:

This should be Alec Stewart. I was also immensely fond of the "open" stance he took against bowlers bowling around the wicket. 1dGcNPTB5Ag

That would be him. Also had my bat half-cocked instead of on the ground. I'm pretty sure I'd picked that up from another successful batsman. :hmmm:

Loved Lance Klusners High backlift stance.....on our grounds if you are not quick enough there is a 99% chance you will get bowled---Personal experience Also cheap imitation of Micheal Slater's cheap imitation of Viv Richards of cheweing gum casually while trying to smash the ball as hard as you can Lara's unwinding backlift while hitting a ball

^Also to add David Boon's bent elbow with a backlift stance was pretty cool too In bowling....Liked Waqar's side on slinging action...but when I tried the result was worse than Pushpakumara's attempts

Indian' date=' I think. From mid-nineties.[/quote'] Ravi Shastri was one which did it but he didn't play in the mid 90s. Doesn't look like someone from India.

Hmmm... Quite possible it was someone from WI.

Shahid Afridi's ball biting style. (before the ball bounces in dog/human poop on the side of the road) Sreesanths dance on the pitch. Cannot shake my behind like that.
