SLICKR392 Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 In terms of Batting, Australia. They have got consistent players who can play at a S/R of 160+. Warner, Watson. One of these can stay and do some real damage. Marsh (if inform) can give some balance in the middle order. Smith can finish it off. Their bowling isn't that bad either but no quality spinners are gonna hurt them in the SC conditions. My pick for the WC would be Australia. Sadly Indian Batsmen will be tired at the end of the tournament trying to defend humungous targets.

Bring in Chanders to bring stability in MO in case of a top order collapse , bring in Simmons to open with Gayle , Use Bishoo as a 2nd choice spinner or play Rampaul at his place and you have the Greatest T20 International team . I can see Windies easily putting up a score of 190+ against the deadly bowling attack of Veenie , Pravin , Pathan , Jaddu and Ashwin .
