Whole ENgland team is not cut out for ODIs except Pietersen. Rest of the guys would have soem good days,, good patch.. thats it. this guy is a gun player to play dominating cricket.

We could say Ashwin is better than Gambhir based on that .

Pietersen is the only naturally aggressive player they had after Treschothick. Now that he is gone.. they will be struggling even more.

Australia has one. Don't see any other country coughing up crazy sums, but u never know. They may even have a T20 league in America. Anyways three good leagues a year and ur bank balance jumps big time. T20 for the cash and the excitement and Tests for ur soul.....Sounds perfect to me

He was widely have been thought of as the man who drove Gower to his retirement, which I thought was a bit unfair. Gooch has always been a consummate professional and a strict disciplinarian. There was a great summation of this in one of Ian Botham's books where he mentioned how during one of the tournaments (92 WC perhaps), he was coming back to the hotel after a late night partying and down the stairs was darting Gooch going for his morning jog. That incident summed up two of the great and yet so different players of England.

Kieswetter is no where in the league of KP. Yes KP had a lean spell before centuries v Pak but he is a class act who can score big and quick against the best.
