The Outsider Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Oh, I did not realized that all the media houses from News 24, India TV , Times Now, NDTV, CNN IBN, ABP News, Zee News have been paid by PR machinieries to show the 45 mins speech of Modi and discuss one hour before the speech and one hour after the speech about this rally, it should have been obvious why did not I relalized. All this is done for 3 hours without even thinking that a person is not even popular a little bit outside his state and no one realized that their TRP is going down as no one was watching. right? Please let me know one instance where Pappu has given speech in Public Rally and media has shown the whole speech. Lehar hai bhaiyya, Bha Ja Pa aur Modi ki lehar hai. Do Tihaai majority aaye ge is baar.
Clarke Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Modi now doesn't have to do rallies in these urban areas. He needs to travel to the hinterlands, go to the smaller towns, kasbas and villages and address people there. Rather than these mega rallies, some sort of a pad yatra across India spread across 2-3 months would be a good start. And yes please no Hindutva rhetoric. Let the focus be purely on development, corruption and other failures of UPA government. There's a 100 odd rallies planned in the coming months, some of them have to be in rural India as well.
The Outsider Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Fanboys in a jizz fest. Here, let me throw this out. How many fanboys think Modi can win even 5 seats out of 42 in Andhra?
Sachin=GOD Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Lehar hai bhaiyya' date=' Bha Ja Pa aur Modi ki lehar hai. Do Tihaai majority aaye ge is baar.[/quote'] making fun of the Dear leader :whine:
Khalpat Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Fanboys in a jizz fest. Here, let me throw this out. How many fanboys think Modi can win even 5 seats out of 42 in Andhra? Not even a single may be. But will this speech motivate few thousands to vote for a real leader rather than son/daughter of a politician? will it motivate them to vote for development rather than grand father's legacy? If yes, operation successful.
Clarke Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 BTW Owaisi Jr had said about Modi: aaja baba ek martaba Hyderabad aaja bata denge. Bata diya ?
CSK Fan Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 As posters above have already pointed out, the news is wrong. Let's see if you have the 'liberal' courtsey to come out and post you were wrong? Don't be like TOI who keep doing hitjobs on Modi and then express regret hidden somehwere on the page 14-15 of their paper. Sorry where have they pointed out? They just came and said it's wrong. What si the source, where is the link? Of course any Modi related negative news is 100% wrong. TOI may be the worst thing in the world, but they are still a media house and surely better than couple of posters with obvious agenda. Again where is the source? Let me use your logic, I am claiming you are wrong in supporting Modi, so now have the courtesy to not support him

Clarke Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Fanboys in a jizz fest. Here, let me throw this out. How many fanboys think Modi can win even 5 seats out of 42 in Andhra? Yeah, and the alternatives would grab 40/42 ?
Sachin=GOD Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 I also listened to his speech yesterday and honestly speaking, I didn't find anything special in it at all. This was nowhere near his best speech.
The Outsider Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 BTW Owaisi Jr had said about Modi: aaja baba ek martaba Hyderabad aaja bata denge. Bata diya ? As despicable as Owaisi is, he is not a patch on Modi. Elections mein Jawaab mil jaayega Modi ko jab AP aur Hyderabad mein ghanta milega.
Sachin=GOD Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Yeah' date=' and the alternatives would grab 40/42 ?[/quote'] they may atleast make it possible for the BJP to get into pre poll alliance with a local party (most probably TDP) and thereby get a significant number of seats for NDA.
surajmal Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 As despicable as Owaisi is' date=' he is not a patch on Modi. Elections mein Jawaab mil jaayega Modi ko jab AP aur Hyderabad mein ghanta milega.[/quote'] Jai ho to the heirs of Razakars. Height of Dhimmitude right here.
The Outsider Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Yeah' date=' and the alternatives would grab 40/42 ?[/quote'] Kyon? Didn't the alternatives win 30/42 for NDA in '99?
Khalpat Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Real leader who by your own admission will not be able to win a single seat in the state where he held a 'successful rally'. :hysterical: Yes , because in India winning an election involves too many different thinsg. Vajpayee was one of the most popular leader of India even before emergency. How many seats he got in 1984 election - 2. Was he not a leader? Being single largest party and becoming PM are the ultimate and final goal of a leader there are many obstacles you need to clear if you are not a Yuvaraj or not from Gandhi/Nehru family. My point is simply this, when I was in Allahabad 8 years back, during election time I asked my maid to which party are you going to vote. she said, "Panja pe thappa lagana hai" I asked kyun, she said, "Baap dada ke zamane se usi pe laga rahe hain is liye", similar thing I heard when I met a Rickshawallah in Gorakhpur. Will they start voting to correct politicians, will they start participating in debates. Will they realize that whom should they vote, one who gives free laptop or the one who provides employment opportunity. Will they vote for a candidate not on the basis of to which party their baap dada have voted? If 10% of them will change task is done my friend. India will become a better country. You need not vote for Modi, no problem but vote for the person who gives you better vision and better future.

So you agree that Modi winning in Gujarat has nothing or little to do with governance but the idiocy of the electorate?
diga Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Yeah correct politician who sanctions mass slaughter of Muslims. So you agree that Modi winning in Gujarat has nothing or little to do with governance but the idiocy of the electorate? Just like how Congress is in power in Delhi

There are some who may provide good governance and have some kind of a vision but they are not contenders in this election (I am referring to Shivraj Singh Chauhan). Then there are others who IMO can provide much better and stable leadership than Modi (like Advani) but he will only be in contention if BJP wins enough seats to be in a position to attract allies.
