It's akin to more traffic tickets in tough economic times The only difference in cricket is that India is top dog and probably can afford to pay the fines. I mean how can ICC expect to get fines from the likes of Loins & Pakis when the board is effectively living off handouts.

I think u have a point there, coz the loins finished their bowling around 6:30 when scheduled time was 6:00.... n they started abt 5 minutes early too.... :omg::omg:
