TBH don't really care about the odi rankings. World Cup is the big fish in odis and rankings don't matter much. In Tests rankings mean much more as there's no such thing as a Test World Cup.

Team for the final SL odi With the odi series wrapped up as expected it's time to give youngsters a game. My team would be... Rohit Rahane Tiwary Gambhir Kohli Dhoni (would have rested him if we had a backup wk or Uthappa in the squad) Raina Irfan Dinda Umesh Rahul I would want to see Sehwag rested and Rohit play as opener along with Rahane with Tiwary at no. 3. That way all the youngsters get to bat in the top 3. Will also rest Ashwin & Zak and play Umesh, Dinda and Rahul. This way everyone gets a game and I hope we can call up a backup wk (Karthik or Uthappa) and rest Dhoni for the last game.

Sehwag needs to play as he is not yet found his touch, Gambo should be the one rested imo. Sehwag, Rahane, Kohli, Rohit, Tiwary, Raina, Dhoni, Irfan, Sharma, Dinda, Yadav would be my line up. I see no point playing Rohit as an opener if he is going to be a long term middle order player.

(other teams jsut get whitewashed ) then we have won world cup.. do australia deserve no 1?

I think we will still be number 2 if we win the last ODI. I remember reading that we had to win 5-0. Might be wrong. Not to worry though - Ingerland will be touring for 5 ODIs.
