KeyboardWarrior Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 great prospects (shami and b.kumar ) :hehe:
Aum Universe Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 great prospects (shami and b.kumar ) :hehe: Lol this is the funny thing about icf. It takes just one spell for a bowler to be world class or filth :cantstop: Suddenly they are being hailed as the answer to our problems. Just check page 1 of this thread. Apparently there were 4-5 people ahead of Sree and what now? He is ahead of them and he has only just come back from injury after 14 months! They had all that time to cement their place. I am not saying Shammi/Bhuvi are not good. They look impressive particularly how Bhuvi out thinks a batsmen. But when it comes to Sree's bowling talent, in all honesty not many people can match it in the world. We all know his career hasn't gone the way he would have liked but few can question his ability. He is better than Philander and look how well he is bowling. Sree is a genuine wicket taker in all formats but many reasons have halted his progress. He will still be my fav indian bowler  I have a feeling he will be playing 2015 wc and ANOTHER cup for the aggressive pacer. Hopefully he can help our test team again. Last time he played we were number 1.
King Tendulkar Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 This should be in chit chat. This thread is dedicated to Sree talk.:--D

He is one of those bowlers who needs to get early wickets, else he becomes a different and pathetic bowler altogether. I hope he can be different this time.

KeyboardWarrior Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Sreesanth is only ahead of all the retired Indian bowlers. :hysterical: sree should be retire too and should join boxing so he can avoide more bhajji kind of incidents in future :weights:
Magneto Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 :hysterical: sree should be retire too and should join boxing so he can avoide more bhajji kind of incidents in future :weights: Yeah Sree can take on Flintoff. Will get knocked out in 2 seconds and would be sent to the ICU directly. The ICU needs to be located exactly beside the ring.

maniac Posted January 15, 2013 Posted January 15, 2013 So a test return looms or even the last 2 ODI's? :hmmm: Dhoni: "Everyone performed well. We didn't get a good start, openers were finding it difficult, Yuvraj and Kohli gave us the platform. It seemed like a wicket that may flatten, we thought it will dry up and spinners may not get much turn. Good that I was wrong and our spinners got turn. Initially when there was something for the fast bowlers, it is important to see that phase off. It was not a wicket where you could win the toss and bowl first. Responsibility was on the batsman. Initially, when I and Raina had a partnership, we thought let us look for 240 or 250, and then when we are settled, lets target 260, we ended up getting 15 more. To go and play [the next game] at my city [Ranchi] will be very special. The crowd here was really superb, not to forget the heat and the humid weather. I think the wicket was a perfect Test wicket, something for the fast bowlers and turn for the spinners, which is what we are looking for. Good to see that Sreesanth is fit."
