vayuu1 Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 I also think there is a strong need of overhaul in bcci as well , coz these industrialists and politicians ,doesn't care jackshit about cricket we need guys like ex cricketers like dada, amarnath, paaji etc in administration and do hell with zonal system.
saneindian Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 After 10-12 years of int'l coaches maybe we need to look at an Indian coach. WV Raman, a highly rated coach in the domestic circuit would be a good candidate IMO.
achilles Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Why is everyone calling for Fletcher's head? The captain has no responsibility? Fletcher is a great coach. He is going nowhere. We know our players and their egos.

Sean Bradley Posted October 15, 2012 Author Posted October 15, 2012 ^^ he has gone green :hysterical:
achilles Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 give me what you are smoking :cantstop: I'm rather interested in knowing what Srinivasan and Kris Srikkanth were smoking when Dhoni was allowed to continue despite a 13-0 losing streak abroad :--D
vvvslaxman Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 I'm rather interested in knowing what Srinivasan and Kris Srikkanth were smoking when Dhoni was allowed to continue despite a 13-0 losing streak abroad :--D Dude.. Dhoni ought to go. But coach has to answer too. Why is he there? He inherited pretty much the same team that Kirsten left with. http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/A84076392
The Realist Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 I don’t understand the logic behind the appointment of Fletcher. He had been booted out by Eng and was then wanted by nobody else. Yet Ind picked him up, gave him a large contract and it has been a disaster in terms of results, performances and team harmony. As Jarrod Kimber said when Fletcher was appointed - he was in every way the worst coach for Ind to pick up and he has been proved right.
Aniruddha Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 next to next coach will be definately Ganguly
achilles Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 next to next coach will be definately Ganguly Ganguly? Really? You think he will take Dhoni's sifarishi sh*t lying down?
Tiger-Don Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 I wanna recommend some: Richard Pybus- known for his aggressive nature and turning sissies into real men. Richard McCinnes- this one likes to get in the brain of players and start fixing problems, if there is any, inside the brain. He has been grooming young players for ages and he also has an aggressive nature. Jamie Siddons- Great all round coach and more of a team man! More of a batting coach, but is a good bowling and fielding coach tOo. Biggest thing about him is that he has very strict rules for players. He is all about having a good team moral. Last but not least, Stuart Law- He coached bangladesh during their 2012 asia cup campaign. From reading interviews of the bangladeshi players, I can tell that this guy has the power to lift up a fallen team spirit and the best thing about him is that he can inject and boost the confidence of a team. :)
Crookbond Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Why have you recommended all coaches which have previously coached Bangladesh? :hmmm:
Trundler27 Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 I bet venkatesh prasad and robin singh are itching to get another go; this time as co-head coaches
munafbhai Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Ganguly as head coach and mcgrath as bowling coach....but as long as dhoni is captain that wont happen
