Stephen Fleming. Hard nosed left handed batsmen have done good for us as coaches Also, a coach should have something in the tank which Fleming will as he's young and shouldn't be a re-tread like Fletcher. Coaching retreads seldom work.

Whats the point? Fletcher doesn't seem to be going anywhere and he has upto June 2013 before his contract expires. Hopefully his contract will not be renewed and we will have a new coach at least by the time of the South African tour.
