King Tendulkar
He loks very fit and healthy. Slim. Bowling with very good zip. The desperation by some to retire him seem idiotic. Is our best pacer still Link to comment

Sooda
^yes he does seem fitter, and bowling well I do think Ojha/Ashwin should be bowling.. but not complaining now :D...though Broad did not seem out..Eng should not cross 200... Link to comment

SLICKR392
yadav and ack did much better then poms fast bowlers even in australia these two did well in many innings with no back up They were light years better than English quicks on this pitch. It took almost Zak just gave 1 run in his first spell of the day and Umesh was just :hatsoff: Link to comment
Old guy
so we will stay good team at home.. :) now with few back up bowlers (i can see shami, pankaj with good potential) we can have good bowling attack and batting gambo needs to work on his technique we need to push sehwag at no 6 away from home and find new openers ,,this is gonna be hard Link to comment
King Tendulkar
Zaheer looked superb this test. Slim, fit , bowled with great skill and stamina. A must pick. Those calling for this legends head should hang their heads in shame Link to comment

Out, out, in, out Over the wicket First ball reversed back in :hatsoff: I gotta say that was an absolute jaffer of an over. Infact he bowled well most of the match. Just a bit unlucky. Great control. Much better than English seamers. Link to comment
carnish
Should Sachin retire if he fails at his home ground ... I mean isnt it time yet or Sachin still thinking about continuing till the end of Australian Series.. I mean this is a golden oppourtunity to play his final test at his hometown infront of his biggest fans. Link to comment
Deleted_User_1
Will SRT retire now? Trust me folks, he is gone. He is not coming back. Comebacks do not happen at this age. It is a foregone conclusion that he will continue to get out cheaply. So the question is, when will he retire and end this misery? His average has already dipped from 57 before WC to under 55 now. Anyhow, comparing him to Bradman is a total joke now. He is a great modern day batsman overall given his record, but he is one of a few that are out there. Man, these desis do not know when to bow out gracefully. :(( Link to comment
vijay50
Why is Ponting still playing? He is washed up too. Let us leave Tendulkar alone. He will figure out what to do. Link to comment
CSK Fanatic
He will be witness to Kallis overtaking all his records. It suits him too, both are boring run machines, who made no impact to their team's fortune. Atleast Ponting, Lara and Dravid played memorable test cricket. Sachin will remain in Top 5 of ODI cricket. But in tests? I rate Ponting and Lara above him. Anyways like's of ABDV, Clarke, Cook, Pietersen, Pujara, Kohli are future legends. Link to comment
Crookbond
@mohanstatsman: Sachin Tendulkar most inngs without a Test 50: 13 from Oct 2005 to Dec 2006; 10 Jan-Oct 2008 and 9* from Jan 2012 to date #IndvEng Link to comment
