Ive seen it before and Im seeing this again: Empty seats with crows outnumbering the spectators. Even the home team didnt get a full crowd And as for those who actually go to the match are too busy dancing rather than cheering at the wickets or boundaries. No excitement And as for the background music no comments Seriously, SL has the worst atmoshpere for Cricket. Look at SLPL, im pretty sure such empty stands dont motivates the players 1 bit. From now-onwards no more ICC tournaments in SL and SLPL should be held in siberia.

The music was a ok in the 90s when there were Govinda hits. They should stop it now ... AND ensure Jayasuriya doesn't come anywhere near to the commentary box along with Ranjith Fernando.

SL crowd often behave as if they are watching some other event that viewers are not aware of. Just roll back to 2007 world T20 in SA. It was superb atmosphere there.

T20 WC in England and South africa had brilliant crowds. And as for 2010 WC there wasnt great crowd but that was WI with small populations not to mention the Windies were going through a bad patch. Any1 who watched the series between WI and Aus will suggest that cricket is alive again and the guys are starting to love the sport courtesy of the rise of gayles, russels and narines

Last I checked Sri Lanka had the same atmosphere as anywhere else on Earth ... 80% Nitrogen, 20% Oxygen. On a side note ... why do you guys hate Lanka so much / :icflove:
