On one hand you have national players, playing for their country, on the other you have club players jumping around from one team to another playing for businessmen. IPL not exactly a club cup league or tournament such, its definitely bigger than that, very independent and allways about business; owned by franchises which are not any club but pure businessmen/business-mined peeps. Players dont jump arround with their wish here, it happens due to those business interests are in driving seat to put together everyone in best way to pull most viewers thru bidding model. IPL is very much suited with India & cricket hungry Indians. Different Nat sides are ultimate resource provider for IPL, as like Ranji for Nat. As long as it wants to provide higher class cricketking show than world T20, these links cant be broken for IPL's own interest.

Just imagine if NZ had been victorious in both super overs. SL and australia look stronger than others but everyone else is not too far behind. Competitionwise, everyone looks neck and neck. BTW, although the crowds and cheerleaders werent at their best, i must salute the groundsmen for producing such sports pitches. :hatsoff:
