Dhoni should be sacked as captain in all 3 formats!

Which Indian captain have done that before i.e grooming pace bowlers? Its not about Dhoni, Indian pitches or the whole set up fails them. And dude I can accept that as your POV and there have been lot of times when he has messed up with field placements, but do we have a better replacement? Dhoni has been a great servant to Indian cricket and deserves some respect.

I also believe that some of the bowlers coming through the ranks, like BK, Yadav, Shammi, have much more potential than bowlers before them and it is sad to see them wasted BTW, I also think India should appoint a young T20 captain and rest Dhoni. Our T20 record is not great and Dhoni has been playing non-stop. We have nothing to lose going with a young captain in the next T20 WC. Sharma would be ideal IMO

I think maybe T20 is the one format where Dhoni shouldn't be captain. ODI's though I don't see a replacement as of now. Virat still has 2 years to go before he is ready for full time captaincy.

Premier fast bowler. 2 games in a row not given new ball. Also 2 games in a row giving shami 5 over spells. Seems obssessed with giving him 1 over spells. Madness Killing Shami. Destroying his confidence and not allowing him to get any rhtyumn. Then we wonder why our seamers burst on seen and then go down hill. Terrible capataincy and handling of a very rare talent. Dhoni is going to get this lad injured if he carries this on, killing him physically and mentally!

Last 2 games, Shami has bowled 13 overs in 10 spells. Am sorry but if anyone agrees with this for a fast bowler and thinks it is right way forward then they are nuts. Jeez no wonder he is has not bowled as good as before with this insanity

I fail to understand why Dhoni is to be blamed for everything. Look at the other side of the coin, in the nets/ practice matches, these bowlers might not be doing well enough to gain his confidence. I personally feel Bhuvi is being under utilized but I have not seen him enough to make a judgement. Also, there are a hell lot of other people involved in selection, analysis, coaching etc. And yes, even I think we should appoint a new T20 captain who could take over from Dhoni later on.

Dhoni has been a great LOI captain. He has the potential to become a good test captain too. That is why the two 0-4 series hurt a lot. Before that, Dhoni felt infallible. His handling of wicket taking bowlers has been disappointing. Why can't that be discussed ! He is a super successful man and the best LOI finisher in history. That must be said. But it is also true that he is representing our country. Anything he does, good or bad , will have bearing on our country and hence, strong reactions, both good and bad , will come out.

There is no doubt that we need to improve a lot in overseas tests. And for that, a lot of initiative and understanding is required for developing, encouraging and maintaining wicket taking bowlers. That aspect is being discussed.

Dhoni's handling of Shami and other fast bowlers will result in us losing them. It is difficult to understand what he is trying to do.

If he does not open the bowling with Shami in next match, then he must be axed for sheer stupidity on a scale umprecdented! Rubbish silly tactics(we can do anything and still win most of the timne) can work in India were we are vastly superior. It has nothing to do with being mule. Mohit and BK both low pace bowlers depending on seam and swing then pace, so got the new ball, like Tsosobe got ahead of Morkel. This is how he thinks. Once ball gets, they will struggle to do anything.

He always believes less pace means more accuracy and accuracy and consistency is what he wants more than aggression or pace.
