Trailing UP by 168 runs in the first innings, Delhi were 120 for 3. Thay have lost Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli while Virender Sehwag has not taken the field today due to a finger injury sustained last evening. There is confidence in the Delhi camp that Sehwag will come out to bat "if required" and should Delhi lose another wicket he would be. He has been spotted knocking a little

Yes the declaration came :yay: He didn't give Ojha wicket, made sure Ojha crossed 200 and he crossed 50 with bat. On a 4th day pitch there is good chance of him getting wickets. Don't give others many overs and get the wickets! Selectors will have alot to think about regarding who is better spinner, plus I doubt India would fail to ever reach 400 when top 9 batsmen will have 100s.

3.47pm - Zak walks back Worrying signs for India. Zaheer has walked off the field just five balls into a new spell, in the 99th over of the innings. He appeared to point to his groin after he’d bowled the fifth ball with an abruptly terminated follow-through. He immediately walked back to the umpire, picked up his cap, had a short chat with a couple of fielders and left the field. This was his 21st over of the innings. Remember he’d come out of the dressing room five overs after the tea break. 20.5 – 5- 41 – 1 are his figures. This was his fourth spell of the day.

Nope. Bhajji needs to have a full good season to have any chance.

Regardless of how new the ball is, how well opening bowlers are doing I think Bhaji should bring himself on for least 3 overs before stumps. You can't go for many runs and chance of a wicket. Top order wickets make better impression.

4.05pm - Sehwag gets attention Virender Sehwag's injured finger is being worked on during a small break in play. Delhi are now 187 for 4. That's 19 ahead. Old pro Mithun Manhas is 61 not out, and Sehwag is fighting with 13 in 45 minutes

Aniket Chaudhary of Rajasthan is a young left arm pacer to keep an eye on this season. Has imporved immensely since the last season when he used to barely tuch 125. Now he can consistently hit 132-133 with the fastest at 140, move the ball both ways, looks to have more fluid action. Needs to work on his fitness and he could be pushing for an India A spot as a left arm pacer in a season or two. Pankaj Singh looks ready for international cricket. Despite coming back after an injury he has run in hard, hits the deck rather than floating the ball and moves the ball either way, plus he also has a nice bouncer. Compared to last season, he has also added some pace now consistently bowling over 135 kph. Very impressive. Well done Merryck Pringle. On a side note, also keep an eye on Nikhil Patwardhan, the young umpire officiating in Bengal vs Rajasthan match. Has made some excellent decisions, need more of such umpire in domestic cricket.
