This Robert Vadra fiasco will turn very very ugly soon, get ready for shock waves. I strongly believe December 2012 holds significant importance, I don't think it will be end of world. But population will reduce to huge extent, all-most half of us will simply vanish. China's economy is slowing down at rapid pace, Europe is doomed, Sub continent is facing Goonda'Raaj. Only Canada and Australia today are stable, peaceful and economically healthy nations with huge land and resources. Dec 2012 will have least impact on them.

I don't think china will go to war with India anytime soon. Only way for population to decrease...plague or something similar, with a long incubation period but high death rate.
