Bublu Bhuyan Posted October 19, 2012 Author Posted October 19, 2012 Bublu how old are you? Studies have shown that among urban Indians, it is lack of exercise/a sedentary lifestyle that exacerbates the condition. 26, and I hate exercise.
GautiMaan Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 I might have inherited my father's diabetic genes too,actually our doctor gave me a lecture abt prediabetes which i ignored:nervous:
Anonymous Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 Hang in there man. With a change in diet and lifestyle, its not serious. Karela juice and Wheatgrass juice are higly recommended.
GautiMaan Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 ^ What was the lecture? Cut down on the oil and non veg,excercise regularly etc.Was forced to go by my family when they noticed me drinking a lot of water of late,the test results were normal though:dance:

So, I am assuming you are loving (relatively) diabetes. btw, exercise does not mean pumping iron, you can pick any sport - which makes you sweat/pant for 30 minutes, 4-5 times a week.
KhanSaab Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 Human evolution predominantly occured in lockstep with a hunter gatherer lifestyle. Anytime one wanders too far from that, be it diet or physical activity, problems are going to occur.
Desi Cartman Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 Someone called me? I did .. please bublu ko ilaaj batain
vvvslaxman Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 Buy a diabetes kit and monitor sugar level.
EnterTheVoid Posted October 20, 2012 Posted October 20, 2012 Exercise does not necessarily mean lifting weights at the gym. University to my house is 10 minutes by a high speed rail network but 1.5 hour walk each way. I walk the 1.5 hour walk at least 3 - 4 times a week. Fantastic opportunity to get some fresh air.
Stuge Posted October 20, 2012 Posted October 20, 2012 26' date=' and I hate exercise.[/quote'] :((:((:nervous::nervous:
CG Posted October 20, 2012 Posted October 20, 2012 excessive alcohol consumption may well be the reason of your problem bro.Alcohol is not worth it.
EnterTheVoid Posted October 20, 2012 Posted October 20, 2012 This should serve the impetus you need to stop experimenting with heavy drugs. Drugs + alcohol + lack of exercise = disaster. Dare I say it, a portion of this is self inflicted through some bad lifestyle choices.

CSK Fan Posted October 20, 2012 Posted October 20, 2012 Btw how bad is it ? Is it borderline or very high and have u been put on medication. Btw karela juice is really good. My mum used to drink it on alternate days and it helped her for a very long time People dont know this, but Karela and lauki juice can be extremely dangerous some times. Particularly with people whose diabetes is only borderline, it can bring down the blood sugar to dangerously low levels. Also remember, that half of the time diabetes related health issues arise more from blood sugar going too low as by it going too high
