What the BCCI needs to do for Sachin

It is a great shame to see one of the greatest batsmen ever reduced to this. I can't see why he continues- he is an MP and must be extremely wealthy.

it will be a fitting way to pay tribute to the little master they also need to make all the players give up their match fees for the series and give it to Sachin so that we can make the series v Australia a benefit series for Sachin.
Yes this is defimitely an option the bigger point is that Sachin is like god in our country he needs to be given the match fees of fellow players in the team as a true tribute making the series with Aus a perfect testimonial event
Generating a high amount of revenue and appreciating the little master would be the purpose of a benefit series for Sachin! with this in mind Australia in India is the perfect series for this to happen!
What percentage is your cut? :hmmm:

This is a great challenge for SRT to cement his legacy....get dropped...go back to Ranji...keep himself in contention....pile up runs in an environment were Sir Jaddu can score 3 triple hundreds. Fans will clamour for his comeback and see what they have been missing and then make s atatement and retire. This is the only way he can save his legacy which has been hit especially thanks to the haters n the last year or so.

He had an opportunity to walk out into shades on a high note. I am afraid he is going to wimp out of the scene. One horrible loss after another. Unprecedented pwnage by England team at home. Then there was this match losing "100th 100" to cap it off. If series of bowleds were embarrassing, the reactions after bowled are even more embarrassing. This is not how we wanted him to leave the scene. Well he chose this.

Sachin deserves to have a benefit Test Series' date=' what the BCCI need to do is make him skipper for the series v Australia, it will be a fitting way to pay tribute to the little master [b']they also need to make all the players give up their match fees for the series and give it to Sachin so that we can make the series v Australia a benefit series for Sachin.
:haha: Dumber words have never been spoken.

Probably ask him to bat left handed in the next innings? His technique batting with the right hand has developed technical flaws and bowlers have found and exploited those weaknesses. Batting left handed will catch the opposition by surprise and help him score more runs.

He is ambidextrous

Haters have forced him to average 20! Screw these haters.
Haters have been waiting for an oppurtunity to say that for a loooooooong time... First it was how he was below his normal standards, then it was why is he only the 2nd best bastmen in this series? then it was he is already 39 then it came down to but his colleagues have retired then it came down he is averaging only 35 Finally found something concrete Great :two_thumbs_up: :icflove: to all haters.....finally did it

Agree in principle but ranji won't help someone like him. He had a ton before this series in ranji. He will score ton after ton and demoralise bowlers but it won't help. He needs time in the middle in international cricket. Best players need to figure it out here imo.

But according to the bhakts he was going to prove all haters wrong and shove mountains of runs up our posteriors? :dontknow:

He has shoved a tenacious fighting gritty legendary 76 up the posteriors in the last match...... Now he needs a break from scoring for some 10-12 tests before his batteries are recharged for his farewell benefit series

First it was how he was below his normal standards
His best fans admit he was at his peak in 90s. Sachin must be the only batsman to play 10-15 years after hitting his peak.
then it was why is he only the 2nd best bastmen in this series?
Which he has been for most of his life :giggle: Not hard to expect somebody who is considered as the best batsman, or best Indian batsman, to be on top for a change.
then it was he is already 39
Oldest Indian player, played most games, played most International matches, more series, more overseas tours yada yada. It adds up. It is not like he is playing taash in your drawing room.
then it came down to but his colleagues have retired
This is how it actually panned out. Sachin is flopping around 2006-7. People are asking when he would retire. Sachin-bhakts go - Why hasnt Lara retired? He is flopping too. Well Lara retires. Sachin keeps flopping. Sachin-bhakts go - Why hasnt Matty Hayden retired? He is flopping too? Well Haydos retires too. Sachin keeps flopping. Bhaktjans go - Why hasnt Ponting retired? blah blah.....Well Ponting retires too. Meanwhile Ganguly, VVS, Dravid, Gilchrist they all retire except this safed haathi. Oddly enough the bhakts, like you, are still singing the same old tune wanting now perhaps Kallis to retire??
then it came down he is averaging only 35
Actually it is lot lower than 35. :winky:
Finally found something concrete
The only thing concrete here is - 1) Sachin brought it upon himself. 2) You dont understand haters dont impact a player:winky:

Agreed that SRT had a golden run in2010, but he had a long rope even before that. Even Abishek Bachchan will give one hit after getting so many chances :giggle:
:beee::beee::beee: The only hit Bacchan Jr is going to give is to Salman Khan, and even there he would be whooped.
