Karan114 Posted December 14, 2012 Posted December 14, 2012 Shows just what an utter joke Indian cricket is that even in a remodelled team, we still have to include a serial failure like Gautam Gambhir, who hasn't scored a Test century in three friggin years (and we make fun of Pakistan's batting). But hey, the tamasha circus league is making lots of money with their third rate sloggers so all izz well. The fact that even at home (can't even use that shameful excuse about "green pitches" this time), we are now England's ***** in Test cricket means jack all to Srinivasan, Dhoni and the rest of these ****ing scumbags.
Silva Posted December 14, 2012 Posted December 14, 2012 Whats with all the mukund love? He didn't look good in the 5 test matches he got and hasn't scored this season in First class cricket.
BERGKAMP Posted December 14, 2012 Posted December 14, 2012 rahane mukund pujara kohli rohit jaddu karthik umesh ishant awana young spinning porspect from domestic circuit (jaddu will help guide him)

GG-Viru was our best opening combo after Gavaskar and Chauhan and till we found GG and Viru, we struggeled to find a smngle decent opening pair and IPL was not there that time so please stop blaming IPL. We need to look at the options in domestic cricket which we have and try them. You wont get a Gasvakar or a Viru from first day itself.
Sooda Posted December 15, 2012 Posted December 15, 2012 ^ Youre right and thats why Rahane should have been tried from the NZ series...he did not have a great A team tour of WI but is our best option as opener as Mukund is still not that convincing... GG is slowly working his way back into form, struggling for fluency but at least slugging it out there. I would like to see Rahane open with him though and Sehwag at 4 or 5
