India's bowling has bright future, now we need right people at right places to manage this raw talent. Elsewhere people will be proud of Shami/Aaron/Yadav. We just need to guide them, protect them from T20 garbage, reduce their injury rate, develop their bodies. We need to get rid of quota selection system and never ever select likes of Vinay Kumar for India, if such players can develop their batting then play them as allrounder but as a leading bowler they deserve no place. Bhuvaneshwar Kumar can bat and will only get better and can play as allrounder in non swinging conditions too. I am impressed with Shami Ahmed, guy has attitude. He is fluidic, runs from distance. He is not your regular trundler, guy has rhythm and he is only 22!

So does Pakistan. They have many like Akthar, Imran, Wasim and Waqar. Lankans have Murali. Create turners do whatever just need to produce a sub 25 spinner or pacer somehow.

Shami is no better than few we have seen of late, yes he got some bounce however on your typical ODI tracks he will get hammered. Also Indians should just give up the idea of producing an express bowler. Look for bowlers who bowl between 83-86mph swing, line length and keep the standard of fielding like it was today. We will always continue producing exceptional batsman and keepers.

There is something seriously wrong with Indian bowling culture.[/quote'] Batsmen are idolized in India than bowlers. That's the simple answer for it. Pitches are also made batsmen friendly. But I think we may be seeing a change in it, which accounts for more seamers and faster bowlers coming into the picture recently. Back in 90s, we had V Prasad, Kuruvilla, David Johnson, Mhambrey, Mohanty as our frontline bowlers who never bowled more than 110-120. :cantstop: Also Sreesanth is not mediocre. His problem is temperament and he had a couple of injury setbacks.
