I generally consider tall from 6'3 onwards 6' 1'' is quite tall by Indian standards, even for sportsmen. The average Indian male is 5'5'' and the average Indian female is 5' 0'' and these figures are low compared to global figures. Some nations have 6' 0'' as average for men. Women in many countries are as tall or taller than Indian men!

Always keeps bowling coach busy, always trying to learn and practice new things. Although that's another matter that he doesn't have brains. :giggle: I think that's one reason captain and coaches love him and he is not dropped.

Ishant is an extremely dedicated cricketer who also has his priorities right (like choosing Tests over IPL). It's a pity he ends up so poorly.

Cheteshwar Pujara, the technically sound batsman from Saurashtra, looked almost clueless against Sandeep. The first one was a short ball and Pujara defended it. But the second ball swung away from the right hander and he had no clue. Sandeep was very excited after the net session. "It was great day for me and I am happy that I was able to bowl well against some of the top Indian batsmen. I hope to maintain my form for the next season," said Sandeep. Sandeep's coach Rammohan said that Indian bowling coach was quite impressed with Sandeep's show on Monday. "Dawes told me that Sandeep has the natural technique to emerge as a good fast bowler. Women in many countries are as tall or taller than Indian men![/quote'] i think pathan brothers are around 6'1 they dont appear tall on the field..i think in international cricket you need to be well above 6 feet to appear tall..say a strong 6'3" perhaps like munaf..somebody like Gony he must be around 6'4"
