In fact if there is any one else interested as well, we can add more users with ability to create bets in the Betting forum.

I used bet365 when I was making the bets. You just have to be careful about setting the proper closing time for the bets, so that people cannot bet after the match has started, which is a bit confusing given the time zones etc. Settling them is trivial - there is a settle bets button which you click and pick the winner depending on the result. I'll add you and a couple of other active posters tomorrow depending on the interest.
