What do you mean they dont have it? IPL provides all this. And what do you mean by everyone likes it? All the overseas players that are saying "no" to IPL certainly have other things on their minds

I was talking about Pakis. If they were allowed in the IPL, they would had some fun of their own.
The Pakistan cricket players are more behaved and like-able than our silly "superstars."

Having watched Misbah for a significant part of the last year, it's puzzling that he is so disliked among so many of his own. He is often Pakistan's leading batsman and even when he is not, it is never for lack of trying. And in matters of conduct, there is no doubt he is their marquee man. Misbah leads by example in commitment and temperament and without him Pakistan cricket would be poorer, whether they want to admit it or not.
Can't believe deluded fans are so ungrateful of his contributions!

Misbah is Decent Batsman should easily have 45 Plus Test,ODI Ave But my Fav Pakistan Batsman is Umar akmal Umar akmal was Different between Pakistan vs WI In Recent Pakistan tour to WI Hopefully in near future Umar Akmal start bating at no-3,4 and Became good WK/Bat for us

He is an average batsman and doesnt have range of shots and doesnt have the capacity to put pressure on opposition. He actually puts more pressure on his non striker and batsmen to follow because of his defensive approach but still, he is much better than other jokers in Pak lineup because he can at least stay at the wicket for a while and has rescued them from collapses many times.

Rotating strike and scoring boundaries is also crucial in tests because that puts pressure back on the bowling side and unsettles their rhythm. If you keep blocking all the time, pressure builds and a wicket will fall soon. Ultra cautious batting is not good whether its test or ODIs.

In Tests, Misbah has played perfect innings which is no where "ultra cautious".

Did you watch the second test in SA where instead of scoring runs quickly he just wasted a lot of deliveries and couldnt score even against Robin Pieterson ? He stayed at the wicket for a long time and scored at a very low strike rate which meant they didnt build a big enough lead and subsequently lost the match.

misbah is a good player-He atleast from what we see on t.V comes across a decent individual who is non-contreversial and correct me if I am wrong has an M.B.A too-Why would Pak fans respect someone like that? On the other hand Afridi with his chichora antics seems to capture the imagination of the nation. But I still have to say it though....Afridi is a better LOI cricketer than Misbah,Over-rated by Pakis but under-rated by others. this is not a Afridi vs Misbah thread but on Topic,Misbah is a very good test player and a decent leader to come out of pak in a long time
