Laxman's commentary

Comedy gold. He barely speaks anything when he is on air and when the other commentators try to get him to say something, he replies in the most diplomatic and obvious way possible. You can easily predict what he's going to say. Bhogle : How was your experience batting with Sachin ? Laxman : He is a great batsman and I enjoyed batting with him over the years. We had many partnerships which were helpful for the team. Ravi : What do you think of Virat Kohli's batting ? Laxman : He is a very talented young batsman and has all the shots in the book. He has a matured head and will do well in future. :hysterical::hysterical:

its sort of sad that Dravid Ganguly and Laxman have gone down the commentary route. I was hoping some of them would get into coaching

yea just our like team and our local umpires, the commentary standard has gone down the sewer (laxman is horrendous tbh).... in fact there are hardly any commentators in international broadcasting today that make it interesting and fun for the viewers. Personally I like some of the old school aussie commentators like richie benaud and bill lawry. Ian chappell was fairly high on my list too until he gave his opinion of harmeet singh and unmukt chand lol
