What punishment did you use to get at school for not doing homework or presentations in college or at work? He was Bihari. His name was Mishra. Bada kameena insaan tha but padata sahi tha.
Debutant Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 In my school there was very less or minimal homework and absolutely no punishment. Teachers can not beat students. Still I managed to get suspended for a week for putting salt in teacher's tea.

Like every other homework assigned in my school, I did not bother to do my maths homework. I was lazy enough to ignore it but scared enough to start doing it in the bus (public transport, I missed my school bus as of course I was late). A bunch of pretty high school girls started drooling over my homework. "ooh, he is writing so fast", "ooh, his writing is so neat", "aaaw, he is a left hander". I just could not take the adulation anymore and stopped doing my homework. I kneeled outside for not completing my homework. To this day, my sis teases me mimicing those girls. :((

Often got parents called to school for not doing homework for so many days in a row. One of my teachers would make us take our tongue out and stand in front of the class for the whole period. It was nasty b/c the tongue got all dry and tasted weird all day long after that.

I remember back in Grade 6 when our maths teacher told me to bring a stick from outside as rest of the class didn't do good in a test... So when I was leaving the class, class mates were looking at me with this look and hinting me to bring a lighter stick... So once I went outside, I brought the lighest stick possible and man o man o man, the teacher got so pissed off that I got this light stick and he smashed the eff out of me for that :(( ...on top, some of the class kids ( who were supposed to get the beating) were laughing at me.... That day, I took a kasam just like what Dharmendra did in Sholay after Jai's death and Karan Arujun's mom did after Amrish Puri killed her sons that I would bring the heaviest stick possible and teach all these stupid buggers a lesson... my friend from junior high school still curse for getting them regular phenties with the heavier stick I used to bring all the time.... hahaha good old days

Her problem was that she would throw whatever that was in or near her hand when she got mad. She often threw the duster but one time she threw a bunch of keys at me. One of the keys was a huge metal key that hit me on the forehead which got swollen. I didn't go home after that b/c I didn't want my parents to find out that I was talking in class so went to play cricket after class hoping that the forehead would get better over time. Fortunately, my mom went to sleep early that night and dad was out of town. never got caught for it

carnish Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 Don't remember most of the beatings I got in school but I do remember one particular occasion. It was my first day in third grade and I had already missed my first two days of class due to an extended vacation at my village. We had this new class teacher who was disabled in one eye(later we gladly called him 'tera'), he came to take the first class of the day. He had given some homework the previous day which I had like usual jotted down from my friends for the fear of being punished. Now this teacher, he came from desk to desk and checked everyone's notebook and when it was my turn I extended my notebook to him with a big smile on my face thinking I would make a good impression to start with. What happened next is something I will never forget in my life. Before he even looked at my notebook or took it from my hands, he gave me a tight slap with his left hand on my left cheek. There was pin drop silence in the whole classroom and everyone's eyes were on me. It was so embarassing that I literally wanted to die. Then he asked me if I knew, why he had hit me. I slowly said NO, not realising what was happening and then he went on to ask the girl near sitting just near me the same question. She said that I gave my notebook with my left hand which was impolite. Since that day, I never ever give anything to anyone with my left hand ... Always use my right hand. That teacher went on to have a grudge on me till grade 7th but to my utter pleasure I always scored 90+ in his subject ... always being more determined to do well just to make a point to him but he never cared.
