Why? People said the same thing about CT in England, and Jadeja was quite easily our best bowler there. The team management liked to go with the five bowling attack, and barring a remarkably bad performance against WI, Jadeja will play against SA.

Because we are not going to play with 5 bowlers in tests in SA. CT in England was ODI tourny where 5 bowlers are needed to complete the quota of overs. You will need a batsman at 6 in SA.

he has good temperament. Jiwanjot is too one-paced for my liking. Zol is too young. It should be competition between GG and MJ on who gets that spot in the tour matches :--D I still strongly believe Rahane should open.
