In our conditions, their batting is hopelessly clueless against our spin and their bowling is woefully inadequate against our batting. The gap b/w the sides is so yawning in the subcontinent, Australia took a full 2.5 days to finish their first innings in Mohali (including the loss of day 1 to rain) and STILL lost the test. Redemption will not be achieved unless we go back down under and put up at least a decent show.

Who in the next generation will know what kind of Aussie team came to India ... they will just see India whitewashed them. We never had good teams in the past and we used to get beaten badly in Australia and West Indies and they boast of those records. Today if we are winning in such a manner, is it our fault that the Aussies cannot put up a good enough team??? Be happy and cherish the moments of glory in Indian Cricket. This series is going to stay in the books and in our hearts.
