PBN Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 Sim Bhullar, 7' 5 played for New Mexico in the NCAA Basketball tournament. What a giant and he's only 20 years old. He's big so he''ll also be a bit slow in his movements. Needs a lot of work with fitness perhaps. Let's see how he devolops over the years with respect to his fitness and overall game. Good to see some players of Punjabi/Indian origin in basketball albeit in the NCAA. His brother Tanveer is also 7'2. :two_thumbs_up: The 20-year-old, 355-pound Bhullar is a budding man-mountain. While his conditioning is improvinghe’s played at least 30 minutes in his last seven gamesNew Mexico State’s center is still surely the slowest player in Division I basketball, making LSU’s cement-footed, 7-foot-3-inch center/tuba player Andrew del Piero look as nimble as David Robinson. And yet, Bhullar plodded his way to most valuable player honors in the WAC tournament, where his stellar playhe averaged 12.3 points, 10.7 rebounds, and 3 blocks per game earned the Aggies a spot in the NCAA tournament. FischerTal Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 too slow, even shaq and yao were faster. basketball equivalent of ojha
nballa Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 now if he can improve his 2 inch vertical he can be quite a threat.
Jersey #10 Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 Extremely slow and out of shape. He can dunk because he's got the height but that's basically it.
Rohit S. Ambani Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 He is good looking too, very tall guys generally have ugly square shaped faces (u see Khali/paki bowler etc). Above guy looks healthy from all angles.

India-KXIP fan Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 Another Punjabi 7 foot+, what a surprise! :omg: :proud: He would look like such a giant in a non Punjabi crowd, even then he would be slightly above average. Hope he makes it to NBA soon :nice:
PBN Posted March 25, 2013 Author Posted March 25, 2013 Here's the two bros Simran and Taneer yeah, Sim Bhullar definitely needs lots of work as far as agility and fitness goes. Josh Sharma looks fairly quick...just needs to add bulk up a bit.
