Comparing a 37 yr old to a 26 yr old? One has nearly finished his career so obviously he will be more skillful with all that experience. Ojha imo is not too far behind though barring his poor fitness where Kartik scores over him.

Murali Kartik in my opinion was the more well-rounded spinner, but only just. He got some rough treatment despite a very good series against Australia in 2004.
