You have to consider the hopeless situation that Punjab were in as well while chasing . MIller>Gayle

Miller was going after their main seasoned bowlers not Finch, Murtaza, Mitch Marsh type of bowlers. Even with the dropped chance the required rate was way too high.

Wright went only for 24 runs. Majority of his runs came agains Finch, Murtaza, Marsh on an even more flatter surface while setting target and even smaller ground.
