Cricketics Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 Trent Boult' date=' you heard it here.[/quote'] I knew he had it in him to be one of the best. He arrived before, but this game he will be remembered for and will become household name in NZ and overseas. TRENT BOULT.

HippoSucks Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 Johnson is better than Boult in Tests and Starc (or even Johnson) is better than Boult in ODIs (Boult hasn't done much in ODIs).
-Robin- Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 Johnson is better than Boult in Tests and Starc (or even Johnson) is better than Boult in ODIs (Boult hasn't done much in ODIs). yeah i saw that in UAE against pak last year
MCGGG Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 Bruce Reid was a hell of a bowler, he was a left armed Holding in style, effortless action, injuries told though, but at his best he was an Australian great.
HippoSucks Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 yeah i saw that in UAE against pak last year You also saw it in the last Ashes, South Africa tour etc.
-Robin- Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 You also saw it in the last Ashes' date=' South Africa tour etc.[/quote'] yeah even in india 2013 :two_thumbs_up:
MCGGG Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 Johnson is better than Boult in Tests and Starc (or even Johnson) is better than Boult in ODIs (Boult hasn't done much in ODIs). Johnson is different to most bowlers be it right or left handed, he has a unique action which makes it hard to pick his length, get him on a track with variable bounce and he becomes a monster, more so than any current day bowler.
HippoSucks Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 yeah even in india 2013 :two_thumbs_up: I'm not denying that. Johnson is a hit or a miss type bowler. On his day he can look like the best bowler in the world and on others (like today), not so much. Still much better than Boult.
