I think its come to a point where the BCCI do need to start taking people to court and sue people and make an example out of somebody. I am personally sick and tired about every close result somehow being fixed. It was 2 runs of 1 ball and CSK were odds on to win it. They won. Which means the expected result even betting wise happened.

It's his personal homage to Dhoni.. He'll pay for it in RCB. But he knows that he will gain at other levels for his good work...

It's fixed more like 'a personal homage of Arpy to Dhobi, Rhiti and all powers to be, so that his India team career could be revived or be in the good books'... It's like CBI chiefs doing good things in the hope of a plush job later on... It will not help him one ounce. Ojha is part of Rhiti sports management. Ashwin is not. Dhoni prefers Ashwin only. So the logic doesn't add up.

For e.g. if the police arrest you today for some crime and make you sign a confession, the confession by itself is null and void in a court of law. They have to prove with 'evidence' that all that you have supposedly confessed is true.
