Let me reproduce point A for you. a. the team with the most wins in matches in the League during the season will be placed in the higher position; It does not talk about H2H but most match wins. You may wonder why this is in place. This exists to encourage match wins over matches being washed out due to rain.

A team with 4 wins and 1 loss will have the same points as a team with 3 wins and 2 washed out games. But the team with 4 wins will be placed higher and rightly so.
