I have MTNL connection and I have an MTNL router attached to an iBall baton for wifi. The problem is that when I am attempting to access the wifi router using 192.168.1.1 , it's directly connecting to the MTNL router. Solution? How to access the iBall baton wifi control panel?

You have two routers?

That's tricky! Suggestion - You may want to use the iBall Baton directly.
Problem is that I disconnected MTNL, connected to iBall baton with a wire and still I can't access it's control panel with 192.168.1.1. It's just not responding.

In addition, are you sure your iBall router hardware is functional? You may want to hard reset the router - there will be a small pinhole which you will have to press. It will also help if you tell me your OS and model number of your router (in case you don't know link me to the product on the Internet).

If you run ipconfig command on command prompt (start=>run=>cmd)' date=' what's your default gateway IP address ?[/quote'] Typically Lonavala, Amby Valley and Kolad are the default getaways for most people from Mumbai.

Typically Lonavala' date=' Amby Valley and Kolad are the default getaways for most people from Mumbai.[/quote'] That explains it; DK most likely did not take his router on his getaway and the annoyed iball won't work as a gateway. The solution is to take the router to Goa and buy it some ice cream/beer depending on its age.

If you run ipconfig command on command prompt (start=>run=>cmd)' date=' what's your default gateway IP address ?[/quote'] Change the default gateway on your iBall wifi router from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.2.1 (disconnect MTNL first). So next time you can access your iBall using 192.168.2.1.
