MEDIA :facepalm: http://www.rhiti-sports.com/ They are talking about the management firm.......the issue is this......Dhoni being captain has a crucial say in selecting the squads.....by advocationg for Raina, Ojha and Chedhi Pratap's selection.....you could argue that he is raising both the profile and overall value of his management firm......this allows his firm to charge premium agent fees from others.....there are direct monetary benefits to be gained here......he may not be doing it in practice....but there definitely is a possibility for such a scenario to happen.....

They are covering their hinds anticipating a sue. Investigations reveal 15% stake bought by MS Dhoni in sports marketing firm Rhiti Also the article claims (conveniently in the second page) , MSD acquired the stakes in the company only in March 2013 as stated below. The structuring of that relationship changed in 2012-13 as Dhoni started acquiring equity stakes. MCA filings show that a Rhiti Sports board meeting held on March 22, 2013, approved the allotment of 30,000 shares (or 15.1% stake) to the Indian captain.
