Time re-visit these silly rules regarding pitch inspection, match start time due to rains etc

It is so frustrating, rain has stopped and yet these morons wait 30 minutes for pitch inspection, and if okay match will begin in after 1 hour!!! :wall: why not do pitch inspection straight after rain has stopped, and if okay then start match right away!

For roofs in England, you need high stands ... And I dont think there's a single stadium in England where pavillions are even 2-tier all around the ground. Such concepts are only possible in India and Australia.

Its impossible to have a cricket field which is covered. the area of a cricket pitch is much more than a football field.
