The Outsider Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Caught red-handed' date=' you are just bluffing. Everybody here can see your bluffing.[/quote'] Bluffing? Here you go: Read the topic of this thread: http://indiancricketfans.com/showthread.php?t=279725 What does it say? "A disgraceful moment in Indian cricket history" which you conveniently changed to: Please note, "the most disgraceful thing ever to happen" http://indiancricketfans.com/showpost.php?p=1875266&postcount=812 Not, just once: http://indiancricketfans.com/showpost.php?p=1864201&postcount=396 I was merely following your way of twisting words and speaking in your language so you understand better. If you did quit ICF or apologize after this and I missed it, please do let me know.
Detonator Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 You can not deny it DID NOT happen as well, just like you can not argue it did. Now, let us for argument sake accept your point that TOI is bluffing. Here's some news based on a 2 minute casual search from leading news organizations of India. I hope your cocoon (and ego) is large enough to digest this in 1 day. FYI - most of these incidents are within 3 days. I hope there is no planned propaganda against the upper caste members of this country. I also hope that news papers know the "ground realities" as well. Police turn a blind eye to harassment of minor Dalit girl http://www.thehindu.com/news/national/other-states/police-turn-a-blind-eye-to-harassment-of-minor-dalit-girl/article4992379.ece Activists condemn police brutality against Dalit girls http://www.thehindu.com/news/cities/Mangalore/activists-condemn-police-brutality-against-dalit-girls/article4991528.ece Dalit families thrown out of village for filing complaint http://www.deccanherald.com/content/349626/dalit-families-thrown-village-filing.html Well, I have already said, If the OP's article is true, the people who involved should be punished. Again, the people in the atricle you have quoted should come to light and they have to be punished. I have read those news and there is another one in today's newspaper too. I am not supporting who discriminate, but cannot tolerate the misuse of caste in many incidents. Things like this aren't allowed in the place where I live. We also allow any caste poeple into our house. That's the least I can do from my end. Atleast for now. The problem is this particular incident and TOI's fakery of blowing things up for sensation.
Detonator Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Resort to name calling when run out of valid points. Nothing new for you :giggle::giggle: Ignore that retard. Who cares about his posts :haha:
Crookbond Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Well' date=' I have already said, If the OP's article is true, the people who involved should be punished. Who amongst us (hhunaeh, Outsider, prakat etc.) has said that misuse of caste is good or acceptable? Your personal treatment of castes is irrelevant to the subject matter under discussion since you were not involved in the incident.
Detonator Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Who amongst us (hhunaeh' date=' Outsider, prakat etc.) has said that misuse of caste is good or acceptable?[/quote'] Cut the cr@p.. I just bought up the misuse angle. That comment was directed to TOI. ok. i have a personal life atleast.
Crookbond Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Cut the cr@p.. I just bought up the misuse angle. That comment was directed to TOI. I would but then I would have to cut 3,483 posts from ICF :(( ok. i have a personal life atleast. I will try to say this to you the last time in the most nicest way possible - stop the ad hominem.
Raghav_12 Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013  Calm down - that is what I meant. You think that it was unlikely that were was discrimination against that particular dalit boy in his school' date=' right?[/quote'] You seem to have started thinking yourself as Arnab Goswami of ICF :hysterical:.What is I don't submit myself to your questioning ? Does nation demand answer through you as well. Well I stated though there is prevalent caste system, this evene unlikely to have occurred. Now keep reading between lines, words, letters and strokes, whatever you want and keep implying. Good Luck :two_thumbs_up:
Detonator Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 I would but then I would have to cut 3' date='483 posts from ICF :(( [/quote'] ohhhh.. I m afraid Learn English, dude!!!!!!!!!. I can't explain simple grammar.

Detonator Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 There is no reading between the lines - the highlighted is exactly what I wanted to hear from you. Thanks for the clarification. what do you think such people would stop using internet? would stop watching cricket? or would stop discussing things? Would like to know, in your opinion, what more important thing they'll have to do? People done by these laws will have to move on with life like any normal being, else they'll not survive. On first part of your post, you are not wrong if it has really happened the way you have described. But given my experience of the area and considering the sensationalism in which indian media indulges in, particularly ToI, I would prefer not to believe what has been written here. It could very well have been the case where child's father had a tiff with scholl principal and decided to teach him a lesson. I am not denying that caste system is very much there but this is a very unlikely occurence. Again, learn to read.
Raghav_12 Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Again' date=' learn to read.[/quote'] He wanted my statement to be recorded in his own presence so that he can abjudicate on me :cantstop:
BeautifulGame Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 So when it comes to some castes quota reservation is only scheme available' date=' but when it comes to other poors, quota scheme is not the only option available. Wow, that is some logic.[/quote'] Yes becoz those castes alone contain 50% of India's poor
Prakat Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 PoS casteists I hope good Dalit boys marry the girls of your caste and save them from your kind.
The Outsider Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 This is what these posters can never understand. The social programming that a Dalit kid undergoes is extremely damaging to their confidence and self-esteem. And this guy posts an irrelevant article to support his point as if the kid that no one wanted to sit next to because of which he was forced to leave the school (for one day, for a week, forever?) could just as easily have been a Thakur or a Pandit. Exactly. Many posters are seeking to trivialize it by equating it to poverty, whereas the problem is social and political with the economic aspect being a symptom of it.
BeautifulGame Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Dude' date= are you really saying that? How many of them are as effective as reservation? P.S : That's not my calc, I just taken ur claim and showed the other side. :--D Most of them are just as effective as reservations. Edu loan as i said earlier the best thing happened to Indian poor. How exactly are u saying they are ineffective. It's basically the SC's are taking benefits of reservation, along with the one's you said. It would qualify as a large scale discrimination, since they are getting a special treat ment bcoz, they are born in a community. Thats becoz they make 50% India's poor. So why do make so much fuss about a few things happening in remote villages. Pakka logic. It's like plucking out an eye, so that the other eye can see everything  Remote villages? No offense but u are way out of reality and pretty ignorant.Maybe u should visit the villages around Pollachi (Since u claim to be from CBE) to see the realities
Prakat Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 @Outsider that is the crux. And it's not like they don't know they are fecking around.
Detonator Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 @ Beautiful Game. This is getting soooo delutional. I better stop responding. Anyways, pls read this. http://www.hindu.com/2011/06/13/stories/2011061355120700.htm
BeautifulGame Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 @ Beautiful Game. This is getting soooo delutional. I better stop responding. Anyways, pls read this. http://www.hindu.com/2011/06/13/stories/2011061355120700.htm How delusional are u? Did u even read the article u linked. From that article u linked Agitators asked the government to eradicate discrimination of Dalits and to take stringent action against twin-tumbler system and 67 forms of atrocities on SC/ST. Seriously u dont even know what caste discrimination is and how are they discriminated. Its a waste of time debating with u on the topic.
KFC_Zinger Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Exactly. Many posters are seeking to trivialize it by equating it to poverty' date=' whereas the problem is social and political with the economic aspect being a symptom of it.[/quote'] So what is your solution....
KFC_Zinger Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 PoS casteists I hope good Dalit boys marry the girls of your caste and save them from your kind. What if Dalit girls marry upper caste boys.... does that save them ???
