For AAP, CM is a job. For rest CM is a chair. These are the new perspectives which AAP brings to Indian polity. Sooner or later, people going to recognize that. Proof - Modi is CM despite not even spending any time in his home state. If he was taking it as job, he would have spent more time on job, then hunting for new job.

Also on one more statement from your beloved CM that Congress sent support without informing anybody to Najib Jung. he said it in the intvw with Rajdeep. Do you believe all this. or you are willing to ignore

Yes even when the man started abusing Shiela before elections, I was against it. He was just using anti incumbency and making BJP a victim along with it. My questions remain. Where is the 370 page proof. Where is the proof on Vadra. Why is Somnath Bharti still free. Why did he run away after 49 days. Who believes that Congress sent support to Najib without informing AAP. A claim Kejriwal made on national television. and any similar stories on bachon ki kasam also

I was about to post this in the Modi thread. I think it is a bail able punishable offense under section 193 IPC and can attract 7 years in prison + fine. Moreover, this is a repeated offense. I don't think there's a need for a FIR - the court can take suo motu cognizance (not sure). In addition, this is also a violation of the RPA,1951 and Conduct of election rules, 1961.

I don't know what the status of a child marriage is. The marriage was essentially dissolved when the Modi and the lady started living separately. In any case, leaving a form blank is not a crime. If he had stated he was not married earlier, and now admitted to being married then it could be a problem.

I think the court concluded that leaving the form blank was allowed by the Election Commission, and therefore the matter rests with it. Subsequently, the Election Commission made the form online which would not accept a blank answer.
