Nights are still cold (6C-7C) in Delhi (has been raining since last night). some homeless people live at a chowk near my house' date=' [b']AAP govt. built a night shelter (and 80+ more such shelters in Delhi in 15 days after forming govt.) for them. Kejriwal came, did some random mumbling, figured out he is an incomptent law maker, plunged Delhi into more debt, enacted populist policies=communism, got his 15 min fame, and will probably become irrelevant. all one can say, he screwed up a perfect situation to bring about change. Delhi, being a small wealthy state, was the easiest and simplest to manage, and slowly put in place anti-corrupt rules step-by-step. But this AK-47 was turning Delhi into a hell pot like Kolkata.
