If you are lucky enough you run into flat tracks. Even there new ball will do a lot more. You need a bit of luck. My complain is that. If you go through that phase somehow it is a crime not to convert that start which is what M Vijay is doing. He gets starst and get out. If you couple with innings where he doesn't even get starts it looks really really bad. M Vijay has decent technique. That's about it. At the end of the day you need to show runs. I would even take carberry who atleast scored 30 or 40 runs almost every time.

Six batsmen : DK, Dhawan, Chepu, Virat, Rohit, Rahane One allrounder : Ashwin Four fast bowlers : Bhuvi (swing), Shami (seam), Yadav, Ishwar (Pace) That makes the test side for me....I'd pick Ashwin for his batting and the 5th bowling option...Rohit, well, I don't see an alternative for now...Give him another chance

I know I'm asking for too much :--D But it's time some drastic changes are made....Jaddu, maybe as a backup for No. 7....I picked Ashwin ahead of Ojha just for a longer tail....Bhuvi at No. 7 might make the batting look too weak.
