You are just looking at the symptoms not the disease. Something is really rotten if with all the money and coaches everything else but one aspect is improving Not to mention that what you call lack of skills, many of the best fast bowlers and coaches as described as pretty exciting talents when the same bowlers make their debut or just before. Either it is the world's biggest coincidence that after shining in few matches all lose their wau or their is something else going on

It's pretty simple. How is sacking the captain going to improve the bowling? We've had these same issues with other bowler for years from Nehra, Patel, Pathan, Sreesanth, Balaji, and on and on and on with different captains like Gangulay/Dravid. You can definitely make a case for sacking Dhoni purely based on results in test matches abroad but that's not going to automatically make our catching better, stop our batting collapses and lack of performance in tacking 20 wickets because all of those things have been issues long before Dhoni was captain.

You are right. The Dada fans are making him look bad. Not MSD's four consecutive test series losses abroad. Two of them whitewashes. Sound logic indeed. :cantstop: P.s - I consider MSD to be the best ODI captain India has ever had in subcontinent conditions. I consider him one of the worst overseas test captains India has ever had. Both these view points can co-exist really.

Please let us get serious. Dada was the best captain India ever had. He changed the mindset of generation of Indian cricket players who found it acceptable to be shyte upon by foreign teams to be more aggressive. Dhoni the moron is nowhere near dada.

Sure I agree that captains have to keep up with the modern game, changes in rules, DRS, pitches/conditions etc. I just don't believe changing the captaincy is going to make the bowlers better. I mean seriously these bowlers have different captains from domestic cricket, IPL, A tours and so on. Why just hold Dhoni responsible? I see far too many basic mistakes from our bowlers and setting different fields, having different captains isn't going to change that.
